BPS - Murung Raya Regency has commenced the Micro and Small Industry (IMK) Survey for Q4 2024 in January 2025. This survey is business-based and involves direct data collection from sampled micro and small industries within the Murung Raya area.
The main objective of this survey is to gather information on the profile of micro and small industries in potential regions across Indonesia, including Murung Raya Regency. This information serves as a vital resource for macroeconomic planning.
The data collection period for the Quarterly IMK Survey is scheduled from January 1 to January 20, 2025. During the survey, enumerators will collect data on the types of products produced, the value and volume of production for several IMK business products, as well as the production levels for Q3 and Q4 of 2024.
A total of 12 business samples are included in this survey, spread across two subdistricts: Tanah Siang and Murung. The data collection employs the Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) method using the Fasih Mobile application, installed on the field enumerators' mobile devices.
Once the data is collected, observations from the field will be reviewed by supervisors to ensure data quality and accuracy.
This Quarterly IMK Survey is expected to provide a more comprehensive overview of the conditions and development of micro and small industries, supporting more targeted policymaking.
