Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah's export value in June 2023 reached US$431.28 million, up 8.52 percent compared to exports in May 2023, and up 6.31 percent compared to exports in June 2022.

Coal, palm oil, zirconium ore and processed wood are Kalimantan Tengah's main export commodities during June 2023.

Japan, India and Vietnam are the main export destination countries for Kalimantan Tengah during June 2023.

Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's export value increased by 1.12 percent, from US$2,827.23 million (January-June 2022) to US$2,859.01 million (January-June 2023).

Kalimantan Tengah's import value during June 2023 reached US$2.41 million, down 84.30 percent compared to May 2023 and down 55.94 percent when compared to June 2022.

Fertilizer, boilers and generators are Kalimantan Tengah's main import commodities during June 2023.

Malaysia, Laos, and Saudi Arabia are the countries of origin for Kalimantan Tengah imports during June 2023.

Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance in June 2023 experienced a surplus of US$428.87 million.
