Abstract
The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during September 2024 was 52,62 percent, a decrease of 2.58 points compared to August 2024, which was recorded at 55.20 percent. ROR for non-star hotels during September 2024 was 23.22 percent, an increase of 0.60 points compared to August 2024, which was recorded at 22.62 percent.
Compared to the same month in the previous year, ROR for star hotels in September 2024 rose 1.75 points, and non-star hotels rose 1.90 points.
The number of guests staying at star hotels in September 2024 was 44,830 people, an increase of 1.18 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels was recorded at 67,297, an increase of 0.72 percent compared to the previous month.
