Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah's export value in February 2023 reached US$502.82 million, an increase of 0.89 percent compared to January 2023 exports, but decreased by 2.29 compared to February 2022 exports.

Coal, palm oil, gold nuggets, logs and zirconium ore are Kalimantan Tengah's main export commodities during February 2023.

Japan, India and China are the main export destination countries for Kalimantan Tengah during February 2023.

Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's export value increased by 44.01 percent, from US$ 695.26 million (January-February 2022) to US$ 1,001.21 million (January-February 2023).

Kalimantan Tengah's import value during February 2023 reached US$2.01 million, down 51.33 percent compared to January 2023 and down 23.28 percent when compared to February 2022.

Asphalt, catalyst and phosphoric acid are Kalimantan Tengah's main import commodities during February 2023.

Singapore, Germany and China are the countries of origin for Kalimantan Tengah imports during February 2023.

Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance in February 2023 experienced a surplus of US$500.81 million.
