Abstract

The export value of Kalimantan Tengah in January 2022 reached US$180.63 million, a decrease of 48.94 percent compared to exports in December 2021 and a decrease of 22.23 percent compared to January 2021.

Coal, palm oil, and zirconium ore are Central Kalimantan's main export commodities during January 2022.

Japan, India and South Korea are the main export destinations for Central Kalimantan during January 2022.

The value of Kalimantan Tengah's imports during January 2022 reached US$3.41 million, down 53.92 percent compared to December 2021 and up 212.84 percent compared to January 2021.

Laos, Singapore, Australia and Saudi Arabia are the origin countries of Central Kalimantan's imports during January 2022.

Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance experienced a surplus of US$177.22 million in January 2022.
