Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah's NTP rose 0.43 points, from 96.92 percent (September 2019) to 97.35 percent (October 2019). This was influenced by an increase in the exchange rate of the smallholder estate crops (1.00 points), horticulture (0.85 points), and food crops (0.09 points).

The price index received by farmers (It) rose 0.68 points, higher than the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib) by 0.10 points.

The highest FTT occurred in the fisheries subsector (111.05 percent), followed by horticulture (108.54 percent), livestock (103.05 percent), food crops (94.64 percent), and smallholder plantations (89.13 percent).

Agricultural Household Exchange (NTUP) rose 0.53 points, from 104.76 percent (September 2019) to 105.29 percent (October 2019).

The Household Consumption Index (IKRT) in rural areas is 136.36 or there is an inflation of 0.08 percent, followed by a calendar year inflation rate (1.96 percent) and year-on-year inflation (2.96 percent) is quite low. Price index increases occurred in all groups except transportation and communication.
