In the context of data collection all business sectors in Indonesia, especially Murung Kingdom, the Central Bureau of Statistics Murung Kingdom hold their training Economic Census 2016 to 109 workers who have contracted partners. The event was inaugurated by the Head of BPS Central Kalimantan Province, Mr. Hanif Yahya, S.Si, M.Sc. In his speech, he congratulated the trainees who have been elected to serve as data collectors as well as spearhead the BPS field. He also advised that participants should feel proud because thanks to the services of the data collectors, goverment's decision maker can take the right policy. As is well known that as an independent government agency, BPS data is often used as a reference in policy making.
The participants who came all the way from all districts in Murung Raya keep the spirit to hear the message and the instructions provided both by Mr. Hanif and Mr. Oo Suharto as the Head of BPS Murung Kingdom. Yet to reach the place of training, they must pass through terrain that is not easy. In the next four days, the participants will get a lesson one about writing neat to be read by a scanner. Different from others census, economic census tends to be more complex. In addition, the census this time not through the data entry process but using a scanner. Therefore, field officers are required to be able to write neatly SE even though not too good.
BPS Murung Raya provides facilities and infrastructure were comfortable and adequate. Therefore, it is expected within the next four days the participants can absorb knowledge during the training properly for the sake of the success of the economic census in 2016 as well as get an overview of the economy in accordance with actual conditions.
